Executive Project Management provided Project Management services on multiple residential developments for Norwest Land in the suburb of Bella Vista NSW. These residential projects included large site areas and managing the provision of services infrastructure (water/sewer/stormwater/mains electricity/high speed broadband, etc) and the construction of individual Lot housing, townhouses and apartments with underground Basement car parking with extensive landscaping works including private lifestyle areas for the end user residents.
On completion of the initial Project Management Services Contract Executive Project Management were selected by Norwest Land to manage all aspects of the Norwest Land Sales and Information Centre.
Executive Project Management was responsible for administrating all Contracts for Norwest Land, monitoring all aspects of time, cost and quality and providing Monthly Progress Reports. Executive Project Management (as briefed by Norwest Land) further provided defects management both at project completion and during the settlement process including the arrangement of appointments and the handover of dwellings to Norwest Land purchasers.
Executive Project Management, as Development Project Managers, recognises DEM Architects for their award of the 2009 UDIA NSW Austral Brick Awards for Excellence for the Norwest Land Peninsula at The Lakes Project.
