The Sydney Hilton Hotel & Capital Centre Project was one of the most ambitious redevelopments ever carried out in Australia. Consisting of the demolition and reconfiguration of the bottom 10 floors of a 32 storey building, as well as a total refurbishment of the existing hotel rooms and office tower to an 'A' Grade standard, the engineering design was put through multiple peer reviews to ensure the most practical and cost efficient methodology was undertaken.

Executive Project Management staff, whilst at another consultancy, held the positions of Project Director and Project Manager – Defects Management on the Sydney Hilton Hotel & Capital Centre Project. The role of the Project Director was to lead the Project Team in all aspects of the Works including Design, Superintendence, Contract Administration, FF&E Procurement, Project Programming and Defects Management.

The Award winning Sydney Hilton Hotel & Capital Centre, designed by renown Architects Johnson Pilton Walker and internationally acclaimed New York Interior Designer Tony Chi, has been transformed into a World Class 5 Star Convention Hotel capable of catering to up to 3000 Conference Delegates with 577 refurbished Hotel rooms and the superb hospitality venues the "Zeta" Bar, "Glass" Restaurant, "Marble" Bar and a Health Centre.
