The Services Allied Mills required of Executive Project Management included Project Management of the Base Building Head Contractor (John Holland), Superintendence, Contract Administration and negotiation of Commercial Terms and Conditions of various Separate Contractors, including but not limited to, the Equipment Supplier (Buhler – Switzerland), Electrical Contractor (Bells Wiggin), Maize Mill Silo Contractor (Geronimo), Racking Supplier (Dexion Australia) and the Rail Siding Contractor (Robson Civil).
