Peter has more than three decades of expertise in the property development and construction industry. His experience spans acquisition, heads of agreement, agreements to lease, formal leases, risk analysis, structured finance facilities, design team management, contractual negotiation as well as development and project management. Peter is always committed to achieving outcomes for clients that exceed their expectations.

Peter holds a full Builders Licence in NSW and is a past President of the Housing Industry Association (NSW), former committee member of the Australian Building Codes Board and an accredited GreenSmart Professional.
Before founding Executive Project Management, Peter held senior management positions at the Australand Group (NSW State Manager), Baulderstone (Senior Project Manager) and Page Kirkland Group (Group Director).
Outside of work, Peter is an avid rugby fan.

Mervyn has spent the past two decades developing project management and contract administration expertise from a practical and intellectual viewpoint in both civil engineering and commercial building projects. His extensive experience is the result of leading major projects in Australia and New Zealand.
Mervyn’s skill lies in assessing risk and identifying the most appropriate development strategy, adding significant value to any project he works on. One of Mervyn’s specialties includes managing the complexity of risks involved in residential and mixed-use projects.

Mervyn's background is in project management and contract administration of civil engineering construction projects with N.S.W. Government Statutory Authorities plus commercial building projects during his time with T.W.C.A. (formerly known as T.W. Crow Associates) and Farrell Management Services.
